Manuscript requirements
- Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
- All submissions must follow the IEEE conference paper format.
- Language: English only.
- Format: PDF with all fonts embedded.
- No page numbers, headers, or footers; files must not be password protected.
- Length: up to 6 pages, with a maximum of 2 additional pages.
- IEEE numerical citations [1], [2] … in order of appearance; avoid excessive self-citation.
Manuscript scope
Papers should clearly articulate technical depth, quantitative analysis, and practical relevance — answering how and why the work represents a significant advancement.
Out of scope: purely qualitative papers — case studies, managerial impact without a technical basis, policy discussions, or economic models — will not be considered.
Types of articles: original research papers (new findings with full methodology & results) and review papers (a critical review of existing work offering insights and future directions within ICISCT 2027 topics).
On review papers: the Technical Program Committee strongly prefers submissions reporting original experimental research. Review papers are accepted only in very limited numbers per conference (typically 1–2 overall) and are generally reserved for invited plenary/keynote speakers rather than open submission.
01 — Review & scoringEach paper, two independent experts.
Every submission is reviewed by at least two members of the Technical Program Committee on the following scale.

Key criteria: originality & novelty, technical soundness, relevance to scope, clarity of presentation, and significance of results. Final acceptance decisions are made by the Technical Program Chairs based on reviewer feedback.
After acceptance
- Upload the camera-ready version incorporating reviewer suggestions; revisions should stay within 10% of the manuscript content.
- Copyright transfer is required via electronic submission; authors are notified of the process link by email.
- Final versions are compiled into the peer-reviewed proceedings, subject to scope and quality requirements.
- The organizers may exclude a paper not presented at the conference.
Ethics & authorship
- All manuscripts are checked for plagiarism using CrossCheck (iThenticate).
- Avoid duplicate submission, plagiarism, and self-plagiarism.
- All authors must have contributed meaningfully; no additions/removals post-acceptance unless approved.
- The corresponding author handles all submission-related communication.
- Check inbox, junk, and spam folders — all updates are shared by email.
IEEE Xplore inclusion. All accepted papers, which are oral or poster presented at conference, will be submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library (Scopus and Web of Science indexation), subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements. IEEE Quality Control of Conference Proceedings may lead to delays in posting the Proceedings in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, or decline to post some papers that do not meet the IEEE quality criteria. Please note that "No-show" papers won't be included in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
02 — Paper structureRecommended structure of a technical paper.
A conference article or paper should have the following elements.
- Metadata — title, keywords, abstract, professional affiliation(s).
- Abstract — a brief and objective summary that previews the rest of the paper. It should be succinct yet provide enough information to facilitate a decision on whether the entire paper could be read with profit.
- Introduction — an introductory statement of the purpose of the paper, usually describing the hypothesis to be tested and a summary of related previous work by others.
- Related Work (Literature Review) — what other researchers have done in the area the paper is dedicated to.
- Methods (Research Methodology) — the methods used to test the hypothesis, given in sufficient detail that another researcher in the field could duplicate the testing.
- Results (and Future Work) — the hypothesis is tested and data representing the results of the testing is presented.
- Conclusion — the data is discussed, results interpreted, and conclusions given.
- Acknowledgements — optional.
- References — cited references must be included in the bibliography and written in English.
