All fees are subject to applicable taxes. IEEE-member rates apply only if/when IEEE technical co-sponsorship is confirmed; this is currently pending via the IEEE Kazakhstan Section.

Category selection
- Choose your category by the First Author's affiliation country, IEEE membership, and academic/professional status.
- Reduced-rate categories may require prior approval from the Conference Chair.

Publication policy
- Only papers accepted and presented by a registered author appear in the proceedings.
- Registration does not guarantee publication; the committee may accept or reject after final assessment.
- No refund is issued if a paper is rejected.

Presentation
- For authors from Uzbekistan, in-person presentation is mandatory.
- International authors are encouraged to present in person; online may be permitted with prior approval of the Conference Chair.
- No-show papers are not considered for the proceedings.

Student discount
- A 20% discount on the applicable category fee.
- Available to Bachelor's and Master's students only, listed as first author.
- Requires valid proof of student status (ID or institutional letter).
- Applies once per paper.

General notes
- All fees are non-refundable, except where the conference itself is cancelled.
- Authors are responsible for proper registration and timely payment.
